My Family I would like to introduce myself. It is very important to know with whom you are working when you are undertaking a major financial decision such as purchasing, selling or renting real estate property.

My name is Leonid Gorodishter, and I am and have been a Licensed Real Estate Agent in state of Arizona since 1994. During this time I have been involved in more than 300 property transactions.

Prior to Real Estate, my education included a Bachelor and Masters Degree in both electrical and civil engineering. I also possess degrees in computer engineering and economics.

In my spare time I tried to educate myself in investing in the stock and real estate markets, both of which I continue doing.

I own multiple rental properties of my own and I have been involved in buying hundreds of properties for clients over the years. In addition, I have extensive knowledge in Income Tax law and preparation specifically related to the Businesses and Rental properties.

All those experiences brought me to the Real estate business that I started as a part time job when I worked as computer engineer after relocating from the New York area to Arizona in 1993. Currently I am a full time Real Estate agent and no longer have time for programming.

I understand that it is easy to find a Real Estate agent, however, my knowledge and understanding of the Economy, Banking systems, Investment, the ability to work by hand as well as my engineering experience makes me unique in my field.

Above all else, I would like to encourage my previous and future clients to LEARN about any subject and not completely trust anybody including me. Only you have to make the final decision and it is your responsibility to research and educate yourself to your fullest potential!!!
