Metro Phoenix home prices dip in February
The Valley's median home-sales price dipped to $195,000 in February, according to Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business. In February, home-sales activity was down 26% from a year ago. The Valley's median home-sales price is now up about 64% since the crash. The number of homes for sale has climbed 58% compared with March 2013, up to 20,547 at the beginning of last month.
